Questions & answers

Everything you need to know.

Common questions from parents, employers, and healthcare teams. Don't see yours? Call us at 405-269-2256, we're happy to help.

Will I get a certification card the same day?
Yes. For most of our classes you'll walk out the same day with your nationally recognized certification card. A few blended courses issue an eCard shortly after you finish the hands-on skills session, and we'll tell you exactly what to expect when you register.
Can you come to my business, school, or group?
Absolutely. On-site group training is one of the things we do best, and we travel anywhere in Oklahoma. We bring the manikins, AED trainers, and everything else needed, so your team can get certified together without leaving the building. Reach out and we'll build a session around your schedule.
How long does a class take?
Most First Aid, CPR, and AED courses run two to four hours depending on which skills you need. BLS for Healthcare Providers is usually a bit shorter, and renewals are quicker than a first-time certification. Each class listing on our calendar shows the expected length.
How long is my certification valid?
Your card is valid for two years. We keep a record of your certification and send a reminder before it lapses, so you're never scrambling at the last minute to stay current for work or peace of mind.
Which organizations back your training?
We're authorized to teach through the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, and HSI / ASHI. That means your certification is recognized nationwide by employers, licensing boards, and regulatory requirements like OSHA.

Because nobody schedules an emergency.

Find a class that fits your week, train with a real instructor, and walk out ready to help when it matters most.
